Mechanical Engineer

Latif Group is Hiring – Mechanical Engineer:
* Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults in heavy trucks.
* Supervise workshop repair and maintenance activities.
* Support workshop operations in line with international service standards.
* Coordinate with technical teams and ensure high-quality service delivery.
* Utilize diagnostic systems and technical documentation.
* Assist in workshop development and technical improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
* Minimum 5 years of practical experience in heavy truck workshops.
* Strong experience in diagnostics and troubleshooting.
* Experience with European trucks is highly preferred, especially MAN trucks.
* Familiarity with diagnostic tools and workshop systems.
* Good command of English language (technical communication).
* Strong technical and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in authorized dealerships or dealer workshops.
* Experience with MAN diagnostic systems (MAN-cats or similar).
* Ability to lead and train workshop technicians.
