We are seeking a skilled IT Specialist to join our team and help ensure smooth operations of our technological infrastructure across the mall’s various systems and services.

Job Description: The IT Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining Baghdad Mall's IT systems, ensuring the seamless operation of our network infrastructure, security systems, and internal communications. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, supporting mall staff and tenants, and enhancing the mall’s IT capabilities to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and monitor the mall’s IT infrastructure, including servers, network devices, and security systems.

Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, business applications, and security management tools.

Ensure optimal network performance and manage any potential disruptions or performance issues.

Maintain and secure the CCTV and access control systems, ensuring 24/7 surveillance.

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for mall staff and tenants.

Manage data backups and disaster recovery systems to protect critical information.

Support mall-wide Wi-Fi networks, ensuring uninterrupted service for customers.

Implement IT projects aimed at enhancing mall operations and customer experiences.

Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for system upgrades, repairs, or new installations.

Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends relevant to the shopping mall industry.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Proven experience as an IT Specialist, Systems Administrator, or similar role, ideally within a retail or hospitality environment.

Strong knowledge of networking and server management.

Experience with CCTV, access control, and surveillance systems is highly desirable.

Familiarity with Wi-Fi network management and optimization.

Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure.

Good English language skills, both written and verbal.

Strong communication skills to provide effective technical support to both staff and tenants.
